Terms of Service

Agreement

By ordering or using any fnaweb service you agree to these terms. If you accept on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to do so.

Services and plans

Each plan describes its scope — infrastructure managed, hours or tasks included, response targets and reporting. Work outside that scope is quoted separately before it starts.

Fees and billing

Plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle. Cloud consumption billed by an underlying provider is passed through where your plan states so. Prices published on our pricing page are starting prices and vary with scope.

Your responsibilities

To keep services running safely, you agree to:

• Provide accurate account, billing and technical contact details.
• Hold the necessary rights and licences for content and software you host with us.
• Keep your own credentials secure and notify us of suspected compromise.
• Use the services lawfully and avoid activity that harms the platform or other customers.

Availability and support

We target the availability and response times stated in your plan or service level agreement. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance where practical.

Suspension

We may suspend a service for non-payment, security incidents, or activity that endangers the platform. Where circumstances allow we give notice and a chance to remedy first.

Term and cancellation

Monthly plans continue until cancelled with 30 days' notice before the next renewal. Annual plans renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. On termination we provide a reasonable export window for your data.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected service in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced before they take effect, and continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
