fnaweb is an FNA Global Network company providing managed public cloud hosting and web care. Our head office is at 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713, United States. Company Reg. No. 10637816. We also operate from Cape Town, Kigali, Lagos and Accra.

Data we collect

We keep collection to what is needed to deliver and support our services.

• Contact details you submit through forms — name, email, company, phone.
• Account and billing information for active subscriptions.
• Technical data from hosted environments — server logs, IP addresses, error traces and performance metrics.
• Support correspondence and ticket history.

How we use data

We use data to operate hosting and care plans, respond to requests, investigate incidents, issue invoices, and improve reliability. We do not sell personal data.

Legal bases

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on performance of a contract, our legitimate interest in operating and securing our services, compliance with legal obligations, and consent where consent is requested.

Sharing and sub-processors

We share data with infrastructure and tooling providers strictly as needed to run your services — including major public cloud providers and regional cloud regions in South Africa, Nigeria, Ghana, Rwanda and Kenya, as well as the EU, UK and US. Providers are bound by confidentiality and data protection terms.

Data location and transfers

You can choose the region where your workloads are hosted. Operational data such as tickets and billing records may be processed outside that region, protected by appropriate safeguards.

Retention

We keep account records for as long as your service is active and afterwards only as long as needed for legal, tax and dispute-resolution purposes. Backups and logs follow the retention window in your plan.

Your rights

Subject to local law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to certain processing. Contact us and we will respond within the timeframe the law requires.

Security

We apply least-privilege access, encrypted transport, patching schedules, monitoring and tested backups. No system is perfectly secure, but we design for containment and fast recovery.
